- Dr. Benjamin S. Carson
"What really matters are the characteristics that make an individual a great presidential leader.
Let’s look at the three vital attributes a President of the United States should demonstrate.
1. Good character – honesty, a work ethic, putting the country ahead of his own agenda.
2. People skills – compromise, communicate to a wide variety of people, and choose wise advisors.
3. According to talk show host Hugh Hewitt, he should access, understand, and collate information. This includes knowing and observing the boundaries of executive power as defined by the U.S. Constitution."
